　　Formerly known as Shijiazhuang Huakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. （3rd Section of Heping West Road, Shijiazhuang City）， the company was renamed as Hebei Dexinrunsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd in 2005. As a result of enterprise development, in July 2008, Hebei Dexinrunsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd  expanded its Sorbitol API workshop in the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone. And at the same time the office building, quality inspection center, warehouse and utility systems such as power supply system, cooling&heating supply system, air conditioning system, power-driven system, etc. were additionally built. In July 2009, Shijiazhuang Ruixue Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was separated from Hebei Dexinrunsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd as an independent company. The company covers an area of 11,000 square meters and was officially put into operation in May 2009 with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons.
　　In November 2009, the company obtained the GMP certificate for Sorbitol API and at the same time, a quality management system, in strict accordance with the GMP regulations was established, which is very professional, precise and efficient, covering every aspect of the product management, from raw material procurement, factory inspection, quality control of production process, to the customer feedback during the marketing process.
　　Our processing workshop, which has met the GMP requirements, is equipped with advanced production equipment. Thus the processing technical maturity of the sorbitol, the reliability of quality control and the wide range of product specifications are made possible. Also, a quality control centre, equipped with advanced domestic testing equipment, such as liquid phase detecting system and infrared detector, has been set in accordance with the production capacity of our company, which meets all kinds of testing requirements of the products and ensures excellent quality of our products.
　　In addition, a tablet candy workshop processing tabletting candy products under the brand of Fruity Taste, has been built based on our existing technical method and years of accumulated producing experience. Relying on the resource advantages of the pharmaceutical factory, this workshop is built to produce the tablet candy products with guaranteed safety and quality. The tabletting process is non-pollution and free of three- waste.
